Job Title: Sales Executive – ERP Software Location: Cebu, Philippines Department: Sales Reports To: Cebu Operation Head & Sales Director Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our ERP software solutions to businesses across the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in software or technology sales. Experience in selling ERP, accounting, inventory, or enterprise solutions is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities: • Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software solutions. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. • Understand client needs and tailor ERP solutions to meet business requirements. • Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales activity and client data. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B software or ERP solution sales. • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Odoo, etc.) is a plus. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Willing to travel within the Philippines for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with SMEs and enterprise clients in the Philippines. • Background in software implementation or project management is a plus. • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS sales.
